TLDR: We collect only what's needed to operate the platform. We do not sell your data. All data is encrypted and hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure.

Providing the Service — Operating the dock scheduling, inventory, asset, and equipment management features you subscribe to

Linked Organizations — When carriers, shippers, or customers interact through the platform (e.g., booking appointments), limited operational data (carrier name, MC#, appointment details) is shared between the participating organizations as necessary for the transaction.

Business Transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity
Important: We never sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure located in the United States. We implement the following security measures:
Encryption in Transit — All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher
Encryption at Rest — Database and file storage are encrypted using Azure-managed encryption keys
Access Controls — Role-based access controls (RBAC) limit data access to authorized personnel only
Regular Monitoring — Automated security monitoring and alerting for suspicious activities
Backups — Automated daily backups with point-in-time restore capabilities
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).
