  2. Your team scans the 2D PDF417 barcode on the back of the driver's US or Canadian license or state issued ID.

  3. Intellicheck returns identity validation results together with the parsed license data.

  4. Dock Optimizer matches that against the appointment and surfaces the result at check-in, so your team can act on it.

  5. Your team decides what happens next, under your own policy. The result stays on the appointment record.
